Skytrax evaluates ranking for service quality at Danang International Airport

From August 20th to August 23rd 2019, Danang International Airport (DIA) co-hosted with Danang International Terminal Investment & Operation Joint Stock Company (AHT) in cooperation with Skytrax – a global-reputation review and ranking consultancy firm for evaluating service quality at Danang International Airport.
Consultant experts from Skytrax had conducted specific, in-depth survey of every locations, services, facilities and equipments of the Terminals in order to provide an overall evaluation in terms of products, services being supplied at both Domestics Terminal (T1) and International Terminal (T2) at Danang International Airport. With the current rapid increase in tourist quantity using airways and to sustain continuous development rate during the past time as well as to guarantee high service quality, Danang International Airport along with Government Management Authorities and airport businesses operating at the airport have cooperated regularly in management and operation tasks in order to provide the best possible services for aircrafts and passengers, hence fulfilling the requirement of being the main international air gateway in the Middle-Central Highlands Region in general and Danang city in specific.
