VNA opens two new flight routes to Bali and Phuket and re-operates Da Nang – Bangkok route

With flexible departure schedules spread throughout the week, the new routes will offer passengers a variety of convenient options for planning to explore these destinations.
Vietnam Airlines will operate the route Ho Chi Minh - Bali with a frequency of 7 flights/week. However, during the first period from October 27, 2019, to the end of March 2020, VNA will make 5 flights/week due to operational restrictions at Denpasar Airport (Bali). Flights depart from Ho Chi Minh city at 11:10 and Bali at 16:50 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays. This is the second route of Vietnam Airlines connecting Vietnam with Indonesia, after the Ho Chi Minh City – Jakarta, which was operated since December 2012 with a frequency of 7 flights/week.
Besides, the third route between Vietnam - Thailand of Vietnam Airlines in Ho Chi Minh city - Phuket will be put into operation with the frequency of 3 flights/week. Passengers can depart from Ho Chi Minh City at 15:50 and Phuket at 18:40 on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. With great development potential, this flight route is expected to be increased to 7 flights per week at the end of March 2020.

Besides the two new routes, Vietnam Airlines will also re-operate the route connecting Da Nang- the coastal city of Vietnam to Bangkok - the capital of Thailand from October 27th, 2019, departing daily from Da Nang at 15:20 and Bangkok at 18:00.

Besides serving direct flight demand, these routes also facilitate international travelers from Europe, Japan, South Korea and many other parts of the world to easily access the famous beaches in Bali, Phuket thanks to connecting flights of Vietnam Airlines ".
All new routes of Vietnam Airlines are operated by Airbus A321 aircraft with 4-star international service standards. In addition to the standards for free checked baggage and cabin baggage (except super economy class ticket excluding checked baggage), passengers are also served light meals or hot meals on flights depending on the time of the flight.

In occasion of opening new routes, Vietnam Airlines offers passengers a discount program up to 50% for round trip tickets. To be more specific, from September 20 to November 10, 2019, passengers can buy round-trip tickets for Ho Chi Minh - Phuket with prices from only 19 USD (equivalent to 455,000 VND) and Ho Chi Minh - Bali with prices from only 69 USD (equivalent to 1,650,000 VND). From September 20 to November 30, 2019, round-trip tickets Da Nang - Bangkok are also offered with attractive prices from only 15 USD (equivalent to 360,000 VND). Tickets are accompanied with conditions of departure time and exclude taxes and fees. Passengers can buy tickets on the website, mobile apps or at the official ticket offices, agents of Vietnam Airlines.
