Towards the smart terminal

Building upon the foundation of automated and self-service amenities established last year, we take a new step to enhancing the passenger experience and operational efficiency to new heights this year through our collaboration with FPT. In the first phase of this partnership, our focus revolves around three key areas:

• New Website and Mobile Application: We plan to launch a brand-new website to offer comprehensive information and its corresponding mobile application to facilitate convenient information retrieval for passengers on the go.
• New Information Screens: To elevate passenger convenience and gather valuable feedback, we are in the planning stages of installing new information screens at multiple locations within the terminal. This system is designed to streamline the process of accessing service-related information and capture real-time opinions from our passengers.
• AI-Powered Camera System: We are working toward implementing an AI-powered camera system for enhanced crowd management. This innovative solution will allow us to address congested areas more efficiently, ultimately contributing to overall service delivery.
