Let's take a peek at what's new this month. 

1. Prayer room

The terminal established a prayer room to meet the religious needs of Muslim passengers. The prayer room is located in a peaceful space equipped with all necessary amenities. It is also separated for males and females and is always open to welcome any passengers in need of it.

2. Sleep Pods

The sleep pod service aims to meet the resting needs of passengers, especially those who have early or late flights or elderly travelers. The sleep pods are designed to offer comfort and privacy, complete with thoughtful amenities like reading lights, phone charging stations, and shower facilities for ultimate relaxation before takeoff.

3. ATMs

ATMs were strategically placed in the departure hall's public area, providing passengers with convenient access to cash withdrawals whenever necessary.

4. Postal Service

Postal service was added to the terminal's offerings to ensure quicker assistance for passengers with oversized luggage or international parcel deliveries.

5. Improved Signage

Signage within the terminal was designed to be more visually attractive and strategically placed along passenger routes for effective guidance. Additionally, signs were placed in the parking area to maintain traffic order. Notably, Korean language was also included in the new signage for the convenience of elderly travelers.

6. Website Update

The terminal's website has also undergone a refresh, with diverse information ranging from terminal amenities to travel suggestions. This assists passengers in planning their journeys in more detail, both within the terminal and throughout the city.
