A thank-you letter for the dedication

Our greatest reward is seeing the smile on our passengers' faces. Thus, the Passenger Assistant Team (PAT) was formed to ensure they always feel positively cared for. This month, we were touched to receive another letter from one of our passengers, expressing gratitude for the exceptional support provided by Mr. Tuong Vinh, a valued member of our PAT.

Below is the thank-you letter that made our day, and we're excited to share this moment of joy with you!

“Hi

I really want to say thank you so much to Mr. Tuong Vinh, who is working at the information desk at the Danang International Terminal.

He was very professional and worked really hard to find my lost bag.

I received a lot of help while I was in Vietnam. But it was the first time he worked so hard to help me. I would like to say once again that I am grateful for his efforts.

He will make a really good first impression to Koreans visiting Da Nang, Vietnam, for the first time.

My friend took my bag by mistake, which I thought I lost.

This was just an incident, but I was so happy to know his sincerity. I like Vietnam even more.

I would like to say thank you to him again.”
