We developed our Passenger Assistant Team (PAT) to enhance the terminal experience with a hospitable touch and provide flexible support to passengers, ensuring satisfaction at every step of their journey. Since the team's formation, we have received many thank-you letters, particularly for their dedication to finding lost items. For us, it's not just about returning lost items but also bringing back our passengers' smiles and making their journey complete.
