A recent expansion of auto-boarding gate service

With auto-boarding gates, passengers can seamlessly proceed to the aircraft with minimal hassle. Following the successful implementation of the auto-boarding gate system in 2023, we have recently extended its capabilities by installing new ones at gates 4, 5, 7, and 9 of the departure hall. Our goal is to minimize wait times, eliminate bottlenecks, and create a smoother journey for travelers. 

On February 19th, China Airlines led the way in integrating this advanced system to their pre-boarding service. The feedback from both passengers and airlines have been positive, affirming the enhancement of the auto-boarding process on the overall experience. These positive responses, coupled with the global trend for streamlined travel procedures, has motivated us, making us keep improving to fully transform our terminal. 

We are now planning to deploy auto-boarding gates at every gate throughout our terminal to ensure that every passenger can benefit from the convenience and efficiency of this cutting-edge technology. 

As we look to the future, our vision is clear: to be at the forefront of excellence in services and passenger satisfaction. We will continue to explore new technologies, implement best practices, and collaborate with new partners to ensure that every aspect of the passenger journey exceeds expectations.
