On March 30th, Lao Airlines officially launched a new direct air route from Vientiane (Laos) to Danang (Vietnam) with two weekly flights every Thursday and Sunday. The first flight, QV317 from Vientiane, which carried nearly 150 passengers to Danang, was warmly welcomed by a joint event from the Department of Tourism, Danang International Airport, AHT, and Lao Airlines.
