Aiming to enhance the experience for all passengers, we are offering our airline partners more innovative technologies to elevate travel satisfaction. This month, we eagerly welcomed Starlux Airlines as the first carrier to implement the Self-bag drop system at our terminal.

This new system is designed to enhance the travel experience by offering a more efficient and streamlined process. Passengers can conveniently use a touch screen to print baggage tags, attach the tags to their luggage, and place the baggage on the belt with ease.

Previously, we introduced self-check-in kiosks and auto-boarding gates to reduce the time required for airport procedures, allowing passengers to enjoy a smoother and faster journey. Starlux Airlines is also the first carrier to utilize all of these self-service options at our terminal.

As we look to the future, we will continue to adopt new technologies, implement optimal practices, and collaborate with airline partners to exceed passenger expectations.
