A signing ceremony between Da Nang International Terminal and FPT

On April 22nd, we hosted a ceremony to mark the partnership between our terminal and FPT Software. This collaboration aims to develop tailored solutions that align with our transformation plan: to become the first smart airport terminal in Vietnam. 

Thus, in the upcoming quarter, our focus will be on enhancing our technological foundation and expanding digital touchpoints for passengers. We've initiated several tailored projects, including:

• AI-powered camera system: Detecting crowded areas for passenger flow optimization, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
• Mobile app: Offering essential information, real-time flight notifications, and location tracking at your fingertips.
• New website: Providing a user-friendly interface and multilingual support for effortless navigation following Skytrax’s standard.
• Information touchscreens: Accessing service-related information and capturing real-time opinions from our passengers.
