Collaborative efforts for mutual progress

In March, we had a special meeting with representatives from Chubu Airport to enhance our partnership and foster a deeper mutually beneficial relationship, ultimately providing a better travel experience for passengers. Alongside exploring opportunities for future collaboration, we exchanged valuable insights and learnings to find out the best practices for operational enhancements. We also shared our experience, particularly regarding strategies for elevating the Skytrax star rating. 

This meeting laid a new foundation for our collaboration. We are eagerly looking forward to our shared successes and breakthroughs this year!
