We are deeply grateful to our beloved passengers for the thank you letters sent to us each month. This will be the greatest motivation driving us to continuously improve our services in the near future.

This June, we received another lovely letter from a Korean tourist thanking Ms. Vo Tran Phuoc Hien, one of our PAT members, for her invaluable assistance. It brought us immense joy and pride to witness the positive impact our team has on enhancing our passengers' experiences.

Here is the appreciative message we received:

“Hello,

I am a tourist from South Korea who recently traveled to Da Nang. My trip to Vietnam was incredibly enjoyable. When arriving at Da Nang International Terminal, I realized that I had left my hat at the hotel.

In my rush and with the language barrier, I was unsure how to resolve the issue. Fortunately, I saw a PAT member in the airport lobby, and I explained my problem to them.

This staff member kindly contacted the hotel for me, suggested solutions, and resolved the issue smoothly. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and problem-solving skills.

I didn't catch their name, but I took a photo of their name tag. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to this individual.

Thanks to them, my trip to Vietnam was free of any regrets.”
