Last minutes airlines tickets are available for travellers at the check-in hall. There are 5 counters in total, including:

- Korean Air, Air Macau, China Eastern Air, China Airlines, Eastar Jet, Asiana Airlines, Silk Air, Jeju Air, HK Express, or Sichuan Airlines (View map).
- Other airlines including T’way Air, Bangkok Airways, Cathay Dragon, Hainan Airlines, Jetstar, Jin Air, or AirAsia (View map).
Banking and ATM
At Danang International Terminal, you can find ATMs for BIDV, Agribank, and Vietin Bank at the Arrival Hall.
Banking services are also available nearby.

Tax Refund
You are highly suggested to arrive early as the VAT refund process might take time.
Before check-in, present your passport, original invoice, VAT refund declaration form and your purchased items at the Customs office for VAT refund custom inspection (view map) to obtain the customs acceptance stamp.
Check in, go through immigration and customs to enter the restricted area on the second floor where the Tax refund counter is located.

For arriving passengers
Our representatives will be there to welcome you as you arrive at Danang International Terminal, they will take you through immigration, customs and baggage collection.
Representatives normally meet guests in the area before passport control . The representative will be holding a welcome sign including the guest's name, company name, logo or other previously arranged symbol. The guest is then accompanied through the various checkpoints [security, passport control, immigration and customs], and baggage collection.
For departing passengers
Our representatives will ensure you are well taken care of up to your departure.
Departure Meet and Assist Services start at the departure hall and end at boarding gate . Representatives are available to assist you at your departure with baggage trolleys, airline check-in, security, and passport control.
