Grand opening of Da Nang International Terminal

On 19 May, 2017, the Opening Ceremony of Da Nang International Terminal was held by Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation JSC. (AHT) - the investor and also the operator of this USD154 million construction. Deputy Minister of Transport - Mr. Le Dinh Tho and leaders of Da Nang city attended and congratulated AHT on the success of the project.

The construction project of Da Nang International Terminal commenced on Nov 15, 2017 and was completed in only 18 months, which is an record-breaking progress in airport terminal construction in Vietnam.

The terminal coming into operation will help solving the problem of air traffic overload in Da Nang International Airport, and set the conditions for rapid growth of tourist volume visiting Da Nang now and in the future. The construction is also completed in time to serve APEC summit, which will take place in Da Nang this November.
