*9/7/2015 - Company Founded.Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (AHT) was established in July 9th, 2015 with the mission to take air transportation infrastructure of Da Nang to a new height, thus foster vigorous economic growth of the city. Combining the strengths of its founding companies, which are leaders in the aviation, construction and financial investment industry in Vietnam, namely Thang Long Air Service Corporation (TASECO), Hanoi Construction Corporation JSC. (HANCORP), AOV Investment Corporation and Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), AHT has all of the required expertise to successfully accomplish the mission.*15/11/2015: Launching the constructionThe project includes 3 main sections: International terminal, overpass in front of the station and car parking area with a total investment of 3,504 billion VND. Capital sources for project implementation include equity from Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company and commercial loans from BIDV and Viettinbank. The international terminal category is built on a land area of 21,000m2 with a construction floor area of 48,000m2. The terminal has a linear shape similar to the existing terminal, designed into 2 separate departure and arrival levels, with 40 check-in counters, 22 immigration counters, 10 boarding gates , 2 islands to handle departure baggage and 4 conveyor belts to return luggage to arrival. The terminal also has a separate floor for commercial and non-aviation services.
